Instructions

  1. Dice paprika and potatoes, fry in olive oil. Add the pressed garlic and the chopped tomatoes and cook over low heat for about 20 minutes. boil (until the potato cubes are done!).
  2. Mash the cheese with a fork or cut it into small cubes and add. Finally add the cream and let it boil down. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. If you like it spicy, you can add some sambal olek to it.
  4. Or you can add grated Gouda cheese at the end!
  5. I`ve cooked it a lot, but I usually leave out the cream altogether. It also tastes very good and has fewer calories.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
