Ingredients

  • 1 onion (s), finely diced
  • 3 clove (s) garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 bell pepper (s), yellow or red
  • 0.5 ½ cucumber (s)
  • 2 pickled cucumber (s)
  • 250 g sheep cheese / feta cheese or Bularian cheese
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ pepper
  • parsley
  • chives

Instructions

  1. Cut the cheese into 1 cm pieces, cut (or chop) vegetables very small, then season, parsley and chives to taste.
  2. I put one half in olive oil (everything covered) in the refrigerator for two or three days (do not store too cold, otherwise the oil will freeze) and the other half as a salad, because only 2 people eat this salad with me.
  3. Of course you can change a lot of the salad if you like. Mushrooms also taste good when sliced.
  4. Tip: It tastes best with flatbread or pita.
