Ingredients
Crayfish – 6 pieces
Spaghetti – 250 g
Bulb onion – 1 piece
Chili pepper – 1 piece
Garlic – 2 teeth
Cherry tomatoes – 6 pieces
Dry white wine – 200 ml
Olive oil – to taste
Parsley – to taste
Salt – to taste
Black pepper – to taste
Directions:
Boil the spaghetti in boiling salted water as directed on the package. Throw in a colander and drain. Wash the tomatoes and cut into small cubes. Peel and chop the onion and garlic.
For the sauce, heat butter in a saucepan and, stirring, fry the onion and garlic on it until translucent. Add the tomatoes and fry for another 2 minutes.
Pour in the cream and bring to a boil. Add sour cream and cook for 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Place the crayfish meat in the sauce. Season with salt and ground black pepper to taste.
Wash, dry and chop arugula. Put the spaghetti in the sauce, stir, cover and leave for 5 minutes. Serve the dish, sprinkle with chopped arugula.
