  • Smoked salmon – 300-400 grams (or baked)
  • Fettuccine – 500 Grams
  • Butter – 150 Grams
  • Lemon – 2 Pieces Garlic – 2 Cloves
  • Flour – 0.25 Cups
  • Fat cream – 400 Milliliters
  • Salt and Pepper – – To taste
  • Basil Leaves – 12 Pieces

Fettuccine with Salmon in a Creamy Sauce Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients. Fish can be baked in the oven or fried on the grill (or pan).
  2. Boil fettuccine until tender. Save about a glass of pasta liquid, useful for the sauce.
  3. Remove the zest from two lemons, finely chop the garlic.
  4. Melt the butter in a deep frying pan.
