Ingredients

  • 500 g pasta, (fettucine)
  • 100 g butter
  • 150 g parmesan, freshly rated
  • 300 ml cream
  • 3 tablespoon parsley, fresh, chopped
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles al dente. Then drain and put back in the pot.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, heat the butter in a medium-sized pan on low heat. Add the parmesan and cream and bring to the boil while stirring. Stir in parsley, salt and pepper. Pour over the pasta and mix well. Serve immediately.
