Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic
- 500 g onion (s)
- 500 g apples, cored, peeled
- 1 large can (s) tomato (s), mashed and small can with it
- 1 vegetable stock cube
- honey
- 1 chilli pepper (s), fresh, cleaned and chopped or dried, grated
- salt and pepper
- Chilli powder
- oil
- possibly crème fraîche or yoghurt

- Chop the garlic and onions and fry them in a little oil with the chilli. Pour 500 ml of water, add the stock cube and the apples. Let it simmer until the apples are soft.
- Puree everything, add the tomatoes and puree again. Season with honey, chilli powder, salt and pepper, add liquid if necessary (water with stock cube or apple and / or tomato juice). Then carefully season again, the soup should taste hot, sweet and fruity.
- At the table, crème fraîche or yoghurt may be enough, if someone`s soup is too spicy, they can use them to soften it.
