Ingredients
- 200 g cheese (slices)
- 150 ml milk
- 2 hot peppers, red or green
- pepper
- Sambal Oelek

- Warm the cheese in the milk until it has melted. Cut the chilli peppers into fine rings and mix in. Season to taste with pepper and possibly sambal oil.
- Tortilla chips are very good for dipping. Also very tasty as a spread on fresh bread.
