Ingredients

  • 200 g cheese (slices)
  • 150 ml milk
  • 2 hot peppers, red or green
  • pepper
  • Sambal Oelek

Instructions

  1. Warm the cheese in the milk until it has melted. Cut the chilli peppers into fine rings and mix in. Season to taste with pepper and possibly sambal oil.
  2. Tortilla chips are very good for dipping. Also very tasty as a spread on fresh bread.
