Ingredients

  • 500 g quark, 40% fat
  • 2 chilli pepper (s), mild
  • 50 g herbal mixture, 8 herbs, frozen
  • 2 pinches pepper
  • salt
  • 1 pinch (s) garlic powder or clove garlic
  • 1 pinch (s) chili powder, hot

Instructions

  1. Wash and core the chilli peppers and chop them into very small pieces. Mix the quark, herbs, pepper, finely chopped chillies and garlic powder together. Season to taste with salt. Add chili powder depending on the heat you want.
  2. It is best to let it steep for an hour before serving.
  3. This dip is ideal with jacket potatoes, french fries, baguettes, nachos, tacos, etc.
