Instructions

  1. Chop the onions very, very finely and mix them with all the spices, as well as the tomato paste and the seasoning paste.
  2. The olive oil is only used to bind and round off the taste and can also be replaced with a teaspoon of creme fraiche - then the dip becomes a little milder.
