- 1 teaspoon spice paste (Harissa) or Tabasco
- 1 pinch (s) black pepper
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika powder
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ olive oil or crème fraiche

- Chop the onions very, very finely and mix them with all the spices, as well as the tomato paste and the seasoning paste.
- The olive oil is only used to bind and round off the taste and can also be replaced with a teaspoon of creme fraiche - then the dip becomes a little milder.
