  • 300 g potato (s)
  • 2.4 liters vegetable stock
  • 400 ml orange juice
  • 3 tablespoon oil
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder
  • parsley
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the pumpkin, carrots and potatoes into cubes. Fry the pumpkin and carrots in oil, sprinkle with curry, pour in the broth and add the potato cubes. Let simmer for 15 minutes.
  2. Puree the soup, add orange juice and season with cayenne pepper. Add parsley.
  3. Whole wheat rolls are enough with it.
