Ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat (beef)
  • 600 g onion (s), chopped
  • 500 g red pepper (s)
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ pepper
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ cayenne pepper
  • 2 teaspoons Worcester sauce
  • 0.75 liter ¾ broth
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 400 g rice (dry weiht)

Instructions

  1. Put on the rice and cook according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Fry the minced beef with the chopped onions, the spices and the Worchester sauce in a saucepan without adding any oil until it is cooked through. Clean the peppers, dice and fry them briefly. Then fill up with broth and simmer for about 12 minutes without the lid on a medium heat.
  3. The time can vary, depending on how crispy or well-cooked you like the peppers. If you cook for 12 minutes, the diced peppers are almost cooked through.
  4. Add the sour cream and let it steep for another 10 minutes. Don`t cook anymore!
  5. Arrange with the previously cooked rice and serve.
