Ingredients

  • 400 g chicken breast fillet (s)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce (at best the thick one)
  • 2 tablespoon sauce (teriyaki sauce)
  • pepper from the grinder
  • 1 tablespoon chilli flakes
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoon sesame oil or peanut oil

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breast into thin strips and fry in the oil until golden brown. Add the soy and teriyaki sauce and turn the meat until all sides are covered with sauce. Add pepper and chilli, also sesame, fry everything briefly and serve!
  2. I like to add various vegetables (e.g. paprika, zucchini, peas) to the meat and increase the amount of soy and teriyaki sauce accordingly.
  3. Super fast preparation and really a pleasure!
