Ingredients

  • 500 g fi (s), ripe, without stalk and quartered
  • 500 g mano (s), ripe, cut into pieces
  • 500 g suar
  • 1 pinch (s) cinnamon
  • 1 pck.Gelfix, : 2
  • 4 drops vanilla flavor (butter vanilla flavor)
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (s), juice it
  • 2 tablespoon amaretto, if you like

Instructions

  1. Put the prepared fruit pieces in a tall saucepan. Chop the fruits with the hand blender as desired. Mix the sugar with the cinnamon and the Gelfix and mix with the fruit. Add the butter vanilla flavor and the juice of half a lemon.
  2. Heat the mixture while stirring and let it boil for 3 minutes, then pour it into freshly rinsed twist-off glasses. Close it tightly and turn it upside down for 5 minutes.
  3. If you want, you can add two tablespoons of amaretto at the end of the cooking time.
