Ingredients

  • 4 fig (s), dried
  • 100 g mountain cheese
  • 100 g butter, soft
  • 4 tablespoon almond (s), finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 2 tablespoon mustard, coarser
  • 2 sage leaves
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Roast the chopped almonds in a pan without fat until they start to smell. Be careful not to burn anything.
  2. Chop the figs into small pieces, finely grate the cheese. Chop the sage into small pieces. Mix all ingredients together and best mix well with a food processor. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Decorate with a sage leaf if necessary. A wholemeal bread or white bread is enough.
