Ingredients

  • 100 g quark
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 25 g butter, melt
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 0.5 ½ orange (s), untreated, the abrasion it

Instructions

  1. Quark, egg yolk, melted butter, 1 tablespoon sugar, cornstarch and orange zest stir until creamy. Beat the egg white with the pinch of salt until stiff and stir in 1 tablespoon sugar. Continue stirring for 1 - 2 minutes. Carefully fold the stiffly beaten egg white into the quark.
  2. Wash the figs, quarter them and spread them in a small baking dish. Spread the quark cream over the figs with a teaspoon.
  3. Bake on a cold tray in a preheated oven at 220 ° C on the middle rack for 10 - 15 minutes (no convection!). Serve as soon as the gratin is nicely browned.
