Ingredients

  • 500 g rapes, seedless
  • 500 g preservin suar (2: 1)

Instructions

  1. Clean and dice the figs and puree them together with the washed grapes. Mix with the preserving sugar and bring to the boil, stirring constantly. Let it simmer for 4 minutes according to the instructions. Don`t forget to stir.
  2. After the gelling test, pour into the prepared jars while still hot. Close this immediately.
