Instructions

  1. Cut the figs crosswise up to the base of the stalk, then press the figs together at the bottom with your thumb and forefinger so that they open and you can see the inside of the fruit.
  2. Wrap each fruit with a slice of Parma ham and place in a bowl. Spread the mozzarella pieces in between and sprinkle with roughly shredded basil.
  3. Then mix a dressing from the above ingredients and drizzle it over the salad. It is important that a little dressing gets inside the figs.
  4. Add some bread to soak up the remains of the dressing - it would be a shame!

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
