  • 150 g yohurt, 3.5%, firm
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 stems lemon balm, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Wash the figs, remove the stalk and cut into slices. Mix the yogurt and honey. Fan the figs on plates and pour the dressing over them. Garnish with lemon balm.
  2. Very tasty as a dessert.
