Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Cut the fillet into 20 thin slices and carefully flatten it with the knife. Clean the onions and cut into short pieces.
  2. Put the remaining ingredients in an ovenproof bowl and mix thoroughly. Pull the fillet slices through the sauce and wrap a fillet slice around each onion piece. (The moisture in the meat holds the rolls together). Place in the soy mixture and cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Simmer in the oven (225 ° C, top / bottom heat) for 10 - 15 minutes, brushing the sauce several times. Serve hot or cold.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
