Filled Almond Cookies

Dear Cooks, I offer you cookies that are cooked in a maximum of half an hour! And only 5 ingredients! I am still tormented by the question: how can you make such a delicate cookie with a crispy crust from such a small amount of ingredients and a minimum of time?

Ingredients

  • Almonds (ground) – 100 g
  • Wheat flour / Flour – 3 tbsp
  • Chicken egg – 1 pc
  • Sugar – 70 g
  • Dark chocolate (or milk, or candied fruits, fruits)

Directions

  1. Stir in sugar, ground almonds, and flour.
  2. Beat the egg lightly and add to dry ingredients.
  3. It turns out the dough slightly sticking to your hands.
  4. From a given number of products, about 10-12 pieces of cookies will come out. To do this, divide the dough into 10-12 balls, make a cake, in the center of which we put the filling (I did it with small pieces of chocolate and plums, which I cut into halves).
  5. Then we roll it into a ball.
  6. Place cookies on a baking sheet covered with paper.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 15-20 minutes. Until golden brown. Cool the cookies and serve.
