Ingredients

  • 0.5 bag ½ / s ready-mix for farmer`s bread
  • 7 egg (s), (hard-boiled)
  • 200 g bacon, sliced
  • 1 mozzarella
  • 1 bag cheese, grated
  • 1 bunch basil
  • olive oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the bread mixture according to the instructions, roll out approx. 1/2 cm thick after rising, brush with olive oil, then cover in the middle with ham, eggs, mozzarella and basil, sprinkle with the cheese and roll up tightly to form a long roulade. Twist the roll together like a snail and pin it with toothpicks. Brush again with olive oil. Bake for about 1 hour at 180 ° C. (It is best to prepare one day in advance). Basil can also be replaced with shallots or leeks.
