Ingredients

1 point biscuit (egg biscuits)
200 g cream cheese
200 ml cream
100 g desiccated coconut

Instructions

Spread the egg biscuits thickly with cream cheese on the flat side. Then always glue 2 cookies together. Dip them briefly in cream. Then roll in coconut flakes. Let it steep for about 1 hour.
