Ingredients

  • 5 sweets (surprise eggs)
  • 1 packet cream powder, vanilla (paradise cream)
  • 300 ml milk, cold
  • 50 g brittle

Instructions

  1. Carefully divide the surprise eggs at the seam, if necessary use a knife. Take out the yellow capsules. Place all halves on a tray or put in egg cups.
  2. Pour the milk into a tall mixing vessel and add the paradise cream. Beat with the mixer first briefly on the lowest setting and then for 4 minutes on the highest setting. Pour the cream into a piping bag with a serrated nozzle and use it to distribute it over the halves of the egg. Now sprinkle the brittle over it. Put the eggs in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours, or better overnight.
  3. This dessert is loved by young and old and can be eaten in between without a spoon or bowl.
  4. Tip: Any kind of cold dessert cream can be used to fill the eggs. Warning: many eat more than half of it!
