Instructions

  1. I associate this recipe with memories of my student days. A roommate of my current husband has often prepared this dish for us, so unfortunately there are not always exact quantities, but we usually cooked it to feel.
  2. Work the dough ingredients into a slightly chewy pancake batter and fry the pancakes in a pan with oil, set aside.
  3. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
  4. Dice the mushrooms and boiled ham, mix with the corn mix and sour cream and season to taste.
  5. Put some of the filling on each pancake, roll it up and place in a greased baking dish. Proceed in this way until there are no more pancakes. Spread the remaining filling on the rolled pancakes in the baking dish and sprinkle everything with the cheese.
  6. Bake in the oven for about 20-30 minutes.
