Ingredients

  • 280 g flour
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • some baking soda
  • a bit salt
  • 60 g butter
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 280 g yourt
  • 60 ml milk
  • 140 g jam, your choice
  • Powdered sugar, for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 ° C and line the muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. Sift the flour into a bowl. Add sugar, vanilla sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt and mix together.
  3. Melt the butter and place in a large bowl. Add the egg and stir well. Add yoghurt and milk and mix well with the hand mixer.
  4. Gradually stir in the flour mixture until a smooth dough is formed.
  5. Divide half of the batter into the muffin tins. Place a small teaspoon of jam in the middle of the dough filling and then distribute the remaining dough over it.
  6. Bake the muffins for about 20 minutes until they are light brown. Let the muffins cool down briefly in the tin, then place on a wire rack and dust with powdered sugar.
