  • 8 large mushrooms
  • 1 cup crème fraîche with herbs
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 1 half spring onion (s)
  • 1 half clove garlic (s)
  • some cheese, grated (e.g. Maasdammer)
  • some olive oil or rapeseed oil

Instructions

  1. Clean the mushrooms and unscrew the stems.
  2. Finely dice the onion, spring onion, garlic clove and mushroom stalks and fry in hot oil for 3-4 minutes. Let cool down a little, then mix in the crème fraîche and grated cheese.
