Ingredients

  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 30 g Gouda, rated
  • 250 g feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoon, heaped herbs, Italian
  • some pepper
  • 0.25 ¼ cup sunflower oil, or canola oil
  • 3 cloves garlic

Instructions

  1. Remove the stems from the mushrooms. They are not needed for this recipe.
  2. If you don`t want to throw away the stalks, you can use them in vegetable pans, or you can cut them into small pieces and mix them with the filling.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the mushroom heads on it. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C top and bottom heat.
  4. For the filling, crumble the feta in a bowl with your fingers. This works best if you cut it into rough cubes beforehand. Add the grated cheese and mix well. Season with the Italian herbs and plenty of pepper.
  5. Now fill the mushrooms with the cheese mixture. It is best to roll small balls out of the mixture with your hands and press them into the mushroom heads.
  6. Fill a coffee cup approx. 1/4 full with oil. Squeeze the garlic into the oil through the garlic press. Mix well and drizzle on the filled mushrooms.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes and then enjoy.
  8. The amount of garlic can be adjusted according to taste.
