Ingredients

  • 6 egg (s)
  • 100 g diced ham, low in fat
  • 1 glass mushrooms, sliced or fresh
  • 2 slices Gouda or smoked cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Herbs, fresh

Instructions

  1. Fry the ham cubes in the oil. Add the mushrooms and fry over full heat.
  2. In the meantime, beat the eggs, whisk and season with enough salt and pepper. Chop the herbs and stir into the eggs. Then pour the eggs over the mushrooms and bacon, reduce the heat.
  3. As soon as the underside of the omelette is well browned and the omelette has enough firmness, turn and finish frying. Then cut the omelette in half in the pan, put the cheese on one side and then fold the other half over it. Put the lid on the pan and let the cheese melt.
  4. I recommend a light leaf salad or raw vegetables.
