Ingredients

  • 1 roll (s) puff pastry, fresh from the refrigerated counter
  • 80 g bacon, smoked, diced
  • 80 g Emmentaler, rated
  • 150 ml sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder
  • 1 teaspoon pepper, black, fresh from the mill
  • 1 egg yolk or oil for brushing

Instructions

  1. First roll out the puff pastry and brush with sour cream. Now cover with the cheese and bacon and then season with pepper and paprika powder. There is no need for salt as there is enough in bacon.
  2. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Brush the dough with oil or egg yolk and then bake for 30 minutes.
