Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 4 egg (s)
  • 125 g suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 50 g cornstarch
  • 75 g flour

  • 250 ml whipped cream
  • 250 ml sour cream
  • 2 packs cream stabilizer
  • 75 grams sugar
  • fruit (e.g. mandarins or strawberries)

Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until creamy. Then add the baking powder, the sifted flour and the cornstarch and stir until bubbles form.
  2. Grease a baking sheet with butter and cover with baking paper, grease the baking paper with butter again. Spread the dough.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 220 ° C for about 10 minutes.
