  • 500 g tomato (s)
  • 2 packs mozzarella
  • 1 pot basil
  • Salt and pepper, from the mill

Instructions

  1. Cut the fillet into 1 1/2 - 2 cm thick slices and fry briefly in hot oil while turning. Remove from the pan and season with salt and pepper.
