The traditional filling for egg and rice patties is fast, tasty and inexpensive. Fried and baked pies are good stuffed with rice and eggs.

- Rice filling products with egg in front of you.
- Cook rice for pies until half cooked (10-15 minutes) in a large amount of water (3-3.5 cups), fold on a sieve.
- While the rice is cooking, boil the eggs hard-boiled.
- Chill, peel and chop
- Mix rice with chopped eggs. Salt the rice and egg filling to taste (about 0.5 teaspoon). Mix the egg and rice filling well.
- Fillings for rice pies with egg are ready. You can bake or fry pies.
