Ingredients

  • 500 g apples (e.. Elstar)
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 200 g suar
  • 175 g mararine
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 250 g flour
  • 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 150 g hazelnuts, round
  • 75 g chocolate, (chocolate chips)
  • Rum or rum aroma

Instructions

  1. Peel the apples and remove the core. Finely chop the apples.
  2. Beat the eggs with sugar, rum and margarine until creamy. Sift in baking powder, cinnamon, flour and cocoa powder and stir in. Finally, fold in the hazelnuts, chocolate chips and apples.
  3. Fill the muffin troughs (with paper liners) and bake the muffins in a fan for 15-20 minutes at 180 ° C.
