Ingredients

  • 1 kg carrot (s)
  • 7 medium potato (s)
  • 200 ml cream
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 2 liters vegetable stock
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 bunch chives
  • 2 tablespoon walnuts, chopped
  • 1 shot sparkling wine, possibly

Instructions

  1. Peel the carrots and cut into small pieces. Peel the potatoes and cut them into small pieces. Peel and chop the onion.
  2. Cook the carrots, potatoes and onions in 2 liters of vegetable stock until cooked. Add the cream and grind with the hand blender. Season with salt, pepper and a little garlic.
  3. Arrange in plates, put the chopped walnuts in the middle, sprinkle with chives and top with champagne on the edge (depending on taste).
