  • 150 g chocolate, dark, crushed
  • 100 g butter
  • 100 g suar
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 8 piece (s) chocolate, dark

Instructions

  1. Put 150 g chocolate and the butter in the Microplus jug from Tupper. Melt in the microwave in 1 minute and 30 seconds at 800 watts (this also works in a water bath). Add sugar, eggs and flour and whisk the dough with a whisk until smooth.
  2. Fill each MicroGourmet mold with the batter and place 1 piece of chocolate in the middle of each mold. Fill the water tank with 400 ml of cold water. Place the molds in the steamer and close the lid. Cook for 15 minutes and stand for 5 minutes at 800 watts and stand for 10 minutes at 600 watts. Then remove the lid and water container immediately to end the cooking process.
  3. Let cool for 15 minutes and then remove the cakes from the molds and serve.
  4. Vanilla sauce, ice cream or berries taste good with it.
