Ingredients

  • 220 g flour
  • 1 point pudding powder, vanilla flavor
  • 50 g desiccated coconut
  • 0.5 ½ point baking powder
  • 2 points vanilla sugar
  • 200 g butter
  • 80 g powdered suar
  • 5 egg yolks
  • 5 egg whites
  • 80 g suar
  • 20 g cocoa powder
  • 3 tablespoon rum
  • 125 ml cream, (I use Rama Creme fine)
  • Cake icing, (chocolate icing) and coconut flakes

Instructions

  1. Stir the egg white until stiff, pour in the baking sugar and keep stirring.
  2. The soft butter with the egg yolks and icing sugar, Van. Mix in the sugar until creamy, stir in the flour and pudding powder and cream mixed with baking powder, fold in the egg whites lightly.
  3. Halve the dough, stir in the coconut flakes in one half, stir in cocoa powder and rum until smooth and stir into the other half of the dough.
  4. Alternately pour the dough into a prepared ring shape sprinkled with coconut flakes - bake in a preheated oven at 160 ° for approx. 35 minutes.
  5. When cold, sprinkle with chocolate icing and sprinkle with coconut flakes.
