  • 2 packs bearnaise sauce

Instructions

  1. Wash the fillet and cut into 4 equal parts. Wash the broccoli, cut into florets and cook in salted water for about 10 minutes.
  2. Fry the fillet pieces briefly in fat on all sides, season with salt, pepper and place in a greased casserole dish, around which the cooked broccoli florets are spread. Pour the Bearnaise sauce over everything and bake at 225 ° C for about 30 minutes.
