Ingredients

  • 1 kohlrabi (approx. 400 g)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 bunch chives
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 liter vegetable broth (alternatively meat broth)
  • 2 sausages (fried sausages), coarse and not scalded
  • 70 g lass noodles
  • salt
  • Pepper, coarse and black
  • Sambal Oelek or Harissa

Instructions

  1. Peel the kohlrabi and cut into thin strips, finely chop the tender leaves. Peel and finely chop the garlic, cut the chives into rolls. Heat the oil and fry the kohlrabi strips and garlic until they are tenderly browned. Pour in the broth and bring to the boil, squeeze the bratwurst mixture out of the skin in dumplings and add. Scald the glass noodles with water and add to the soup. Add the chopped leaves and bring to the boil again.
  2. Season the soup with the spices, sprinkle with chives and serve immediately.
