Ingredients

  • 2 leeks
  • 2 tablespoon butter or margarine
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 liter chicken broth
  • 125 ml cream
  • Wine, white
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Halve the leek sticks lengthways, wash and cut into thin rings. Heat the butter or margarine and sauté the leek rings in it. Sprinkle the flour on top, toast briefly and then pour the chicken broth on top. 10 min, let cook. Then add the cream and season with salt. Finally add the white wine (amount to taste, approx. 5 tablespoon).
  2. Pour into soup plates and serve immediately.
