Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, oatmeal, sesame seeds and baking powder. Add the remaining ingredients. First with the electr. Mix the whisk, then knead into a dumpling with your hands. The dough is really crumbly, but then becomes quite smooth. Roll out thinly on a well-floured surface and cut out circles. Bake at 180 ° C for about 20 minutes. Depending on the type of oven, check that the biscuits do not get too dark. After it has cooled down, spread the couverture melted in the water bath or dip the biscuits halfway in.
  2. Incidentally, these cookies are also a nice souvenir, e.g. in a pretty cookie jar!

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
