Ingredients

  • 200 g fine youn peas, frozen
  • 125 ml sweet cream
  • 3 slices ham, cooked or South Tyrolean bacon
  • some margarine
  • 1 teaspoon chicken stock, instant
  • some tomato paste with garlic
  • some fondor
  • some pepper freshly ground colorful

Instructions

  1. Put the margarine in a smaller saucepan or saucepan. Heat a little and add the ham cut into small cubes or strips, let to toast briefly. Top up with cream, add tomato paste and chicken stock and stir well.
  2. Now add the frozen peas and stir well. If necessary, add a little cream, add freshly ground colored pepper, let simmer briefly and remove from the stove.

  4. Tastes delicious with cordon bleu, breaded schnitzel and colorful pork skewers!
