Ingredients

  • 250 g spelled
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 250 ml sparkling mineral water
  • 250 ml milk
  • 4 egg (s)

Instructions

  1. Finely grind the spelled. Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a bowl. Then heat a little oil in a pan and add 1-2 ladles of batter. Spread thinly by swirling the pan. When the pancake is brown on the underside, turn it carefully. Bake eight pancakes in this way.
  2. We - especially the children - love these pancakes for breakfast. To eat, we drizzle them with maple syrup or honey and there are also bananas and apple slices.
