Ingredients

  • 2 liters white wine
  • 200 ml rum, whiter
  • 1 orange (s), untreated
  • 1 lemon (s), untreated
  • 2 sticks cinnamon
  • 5 star anise
  • 10 carnation (s)
  • some ginger, fresher
  • 500 ml grape juice, white
  • Cane sugar, brown
  • honey

Instructions

  1. Wash and slice the lemon and orange. Heat the wine in a saucepan, but do not let it boil. Now add the lemon and orange slices. Add a little honey and cane sugar to taste.
  2. Cut the ginger into thin slices and add with the remaining ingredients. Add the rum just before serving.
  3. Let the mixture steep for about 30 minutes on a low flame. Not cook!
