Ingredients

  • 500 g strawberries (frozen) or fresh
  • 400 g rock suar, white
  • 7 clove (s)
  • 1 ½ stick cinnamon
  • 1 star anise
  • 1 vanilla pod (s)
  • 1 ½ liter vodka

Instructions

  1. Put the frozen strawberries and spices in a large container and cover with rock sugar. Pour vodka on top and let it steep for at least 3 months - the longer the better (swirl once a week at the beginning so that the rock sugar dissolves better)
  2. Pour off the liqueur, filter it and ideally allow it to rest for 1 to 2 months.
