Ingredients

  • 250 g spahetti
  • 1 packet frozen vegetables, sort as desired, also mixed
  • 1 cup sour cream, or 00 g cream cheese, or mixed
  • 100 g cheese, for ratinatin
  • Spice (s)

Instructions

  1. Boil the spagetti in salted water or use the leftovers from the day before.
  2. Thaw the frozen vegetables in the pan (or microwave and then put back in the pan). Then mix with the sour cream. Season to taste with salt, pepper and the spices of your choice.
  3. Put the spaghetti in the baking dish, spread the vegetables over it and then the cheese to bake on top.
  4. Put in the oven at 180-200 degrees for about 30 minutes, until the cheese is nice and brown.

  6. If you want to do it with meat, you can fry bacon and pour it over the vegetables.
