Ingredients

  • 1 kg potato (s)
  • 2 small onions, finely chopped
  • 4 dl cream
  • 500 g chicken breast fillet (s) or turkey breast, cut into small pieces
  • 4 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey, more liquid
  • salt and pepper
  • Butter for the mold

Instructions

  1. First marinate the poultry meat. To do this, mix the soy sauce with vinegar, oil and honey. The meat should be in it for at least 10 hours, but ideally twice as long. Then dab off the meat, season with salt and pepper and fry in a little oil. When it is done, deglaze with the cream, add the marinade, bring the sauce to the boil briefly and then set aside.
  2. Cut the raw potatoes into thin slices. Halve these again so that they can be stacked better. Finely dice the onions and mix them with the potatoes in a lightly buttered baking dish. Then just pour the meat and cream sauce on it, mix everything and bake at 200 ° C top and bottom heat for 1-1.5 hours.
