Ingredients

  • 150 g suar, as fine as possible
  • 250 ml milk
  • 150 g cream
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 chocolate bar (Snickers, 50 g)

Instructions

  1. Beat the egg whites and sugar until frothy until the mixture is white and light (do not beat until stiff). The sugar should be as fine as possible because it dissolves faster this way. Stir in the milk and cream and place in the ice cream maker.
  2. In the meantime, cut the chilled chocolate bar into thin slices (1/2 cm) and then into cubes. Chill again.
  3. As soon as the ice cream is ready, put the chocolate bar pieces in the ice cream machine that is still running and stir in briefly. Then take the ice cream out of the machine as usual.
