  • Salt – 1 teaspoon (to taste)

  1. Prepare fish fillets, cut into 4 portions, season with salt and pepper.

  2. Peel the garlic, cut the cloves in half.
  3. Wash the tomatoes, cut in half, cut the stem.
  4. Wash, chop the parsley finely.
  5. Apply ready-made or make bowls from foil, grease the bottom with sunflower oil.
  6. Place fish fillets in each bowl.

  8. Add a spoonful of chopped parsley and a pinch of spices.
