Fish Baked with Mayonnaise

A simple dish that is perfect for a family dinner is fish baked with mayonnaise.

Servings: 1

Ingredients

  • Hake fillet (cod or pollock) – 200 g
  • Onions – 2 pcs.
  • Cheese – 50 g
  • Mayonnaise – 50 g
  • Vegetable oil – 0.5 tbsp
  • Salt – 2 pinches
  • Ground black pepper – 1 pinch

How to cook fish baked with mayonnaise:

Directions

  1. Cut the fish fillet into slices, salt, and pepper.
  2. Peel the onion and chop finely.
  3. Grate the cheese. Turn on the pan.
  4. Grease the pan with oil. Place the fillets in a greased frying pan, sprinkle with chopped onions.
  5. Then sprinkle with grated cheese and mayonnaise.
  6. Bake in the oven (30 minutes at 180 degrees). Serve the fish baked with mayonnaise immediately.
