Today I cook fish with potatoes and lemon in foil – this is a great way to preserve all the benefits, juices, and aroma of food. Even a beginner in cooking can cook fish according to this recipe. Also, this recipe is good because the dish turns out “two in one” – fish immediately with a side dish.
Cook: 1 hour
Servings: 2
Ingredients
Frozen hake – 300 g
Potatoes – 300 g
Lemon – 10-15 g (2 circles)
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper – to taste
Directions
Cut the potatoes into slices about 0.5-0.7 cm thick.
Cut the fish lengthwise into 2 parts, removing the fins and the ridge.
Place half of the chopped potatoes on a piece of foil about 30×40 cm in size, salt, and pepper.
Put half the hake on top of the potatoes, salt, and pepper too. Cut a slice of lemon in half and place on the fish.
Wrap the hake potatoes in foil on all sides. Wrap the remaining potatoes and fish in foil in the same way. Put the foil with fish and potatoes on a baking sheet and send to an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
The fish baked with potatoes and lemon is ready.
Enjoy your meal!
